Wildcat provides job opportunities and resources for New Yorkers to become economically independent.   Since our pioneering founding in 1972, Wildcat has helped hundreds of thousands of unemployed and underemployed New Yorkers find jobs, build careers, and receive the training and guidance necessary to compete in the New York economy.  For many of our customers, the right opportunity or second chance can mean everything.

Wildcat offers dedicated services and support for people at all stages of the employment process – from preparing for work to finding jobs and advancing careers. We are a certified teacher of the National Work Readiness Credential.

Our innovative initiatives serve multiple social needs. Wildcat's Neighborhood Improvement Project, for example, preserves communities hit by foreclosures, in addition to creating jobs.

We have diverse programs in all five boroughs spanning youth programming, social enterprise, adult job placement programs and the Bronx Workforce1 Career Center.
